Since I was a kid, I was famous for 2 things: Being very curious and having a lot of ideas. When I became a grown up, I made these 2 passions my living: As a user researcher, I constantly ask: "why?" and as an innovation consultant I praise constantly: "why not!". Since I am a grown up, I discovered another passion: inspire people and bring them together. As a community manager, I love bringing people together and organize formats where people can be authentic. I am a highly energetic and empathetic individual with a natural sense for people’s needs and can’t wait to get to know you.
As a part of a ‘’doer network’’ in Berlin, we crowdfunded and built up a raft as a platform for culture and circle economy where we match people with different background for promoting new projects as a the Meetup Holokratie meets Soziokratie 3.0.
As Alumni of the school of Design Thinking at Hasso Plattner Institut in Potsdam and professional Design Thinking coach for the HPI Academy, I am an expert in user-centric observation as well as ideation and prototyping methods.
Conception and facilitation of a dialog-workshop series between startups and government institutions in order to create solutions to enhance collaboration. Focus on this project was using Design Thinking as method to gather user insights and to fast prototype and test ideas as a prototype
I was responsible for the innovation programm of the AppHaus Vienna; one of 11 AppHauses worldwide within the SAP AppHaus Network.
