- Co-Develop the strategy for the Digital School covering strategic direction, KPIs, governance model, local engagement plan, and sustainability plan. - Conceptualized and co-led the establishment of the UAE Government Accelerators, in partnership with the Rapid Results Institute. - Dubai Cares ReiwerED- Establish local and global partnerships, develop the legacy plan for the program, a global platform designed to challenge education systems globally. - Facilitated the design of the education and skills pillars for the UAE 10 year strategy (2030) and the Centennial Plan 2071. - National Policy, Strategy, and Organizational Structures’ Review: Review and provide feedback to the National Secretariat on over 20 national policies and laws, 4 strategies pertaining to education and social development. - Advised on the design of the organizational structures and mandates of the Ministry of Education and the newly established Emirates School Establishment. - Led the development of a detailed study on education post Covid-19. - Design and facilitate implementation of wellbeing in education projects and community initiatives, behavioral insights experiments, and teacher wellbeing and upskilling initiatives. Propose the integration of nonconventional concepts of positive and progressive education into performance management, teacher licensing, and school evaluation processes. - Propose experiments around advanced skills and labor markets, under the Advanced Innovation Strategy 2.0. This includes rethinking, and designing experiments, around how learning and teaching occur, and how skills and experiences can be recognized and validated. - Design and manage education and future of work sessions for the Global Policy Platform at World Government Summit. Collaborate in the design of the SDGs in Action Councils program, and contribute to the development of methods to increase social impact of the Councils based on experimental design and implementation.
- Education Strategy Design: Led the design process of the performance management system for the Iraqi national education sector strategy. Facilitated the setting of clear objectives, outcomes, and Key Performance Indicators. - Strategy Development: Participated in the development of the results framework for the Country Partnership Strategy between the World Bank and the Government of Iraq. Facilitated the setting of multi sector objectives and indicators in alignment with national and economic development strategies. - Public Sector Reform and Acceleration: Led change management initiatives for the National Board of Pensions, State Pension Fund, and the Board of Supreme Audit in Iraq, this included transforming service delivery within these institutions using existing capacities and resources within rounds of 100 days, using the Rapid Results Approach. - Portfolio Evaluation: Conducted a thorough review of the Iraq portfolio focusing on progress against sector objectives and KPIs, and institutional arrangements for Monitoring and Evaluation. - Program Evaluation: Conducted the end of project evaluation for the Pension Reform Implementation Support - Technical Assistance Project for Iraq. Final report included analysis of the pension system, progress against project activities, and recommendations for phase 2 of the program. - Workshop Design & Facilitation: Designed and facilitated 6 review missions and workshops between counterparts of the Iraq State Pension Fund and the World Bank team.
- ILO, Decent Work Country Program Evaluation: Conducted forward-looking studies to assess the overall relevance of the ILO’s program in Jordan to the changing national development challenges, analyzing program effectiveness toward delivery of outcomes, and providing recommendations for improvements, and new strategies. - ILO, Review the ETVET Sector: Conducted an assessment of the ETVET sector’s Performance Assessment System and proposed a revised system aligned with national strategy, and a capacity building program for relevant institutions. - ILO, Better Work Global: Conducted the end of project independent evaluation of Better Work Jordan. Final report included analysis of the Jordanian garment sector, progress against sector objectives, and recommendations for sustainability of sector results, compliance with labor standards, and global competitiveness. - USAID, SABEQ: Supported the Development Zones Commission in designing a process for community mobilization and engagement under their social responsibility component. - GIZ, Curriculum and Training Materials: Developed a comprehensive curriculum for the GIZ, covering all areas in Results Based Management and M&E. - USAID, Learning Environment Technical Support Program: Led a coordinated effort to design the Project Monitoring Plan (PMP) in lieu with the Ministry of Education, project component leaders, and USAID counterparts.
- Developed and delivered a results-based management program over a period of 3 months at the Ministry of Education in Jordan under the World Bank’s Education Reform for the Knowledge Economy project. - Led community engagement and mobilization efforts to engage local teams in setting priorities and achieving tangible results in cycles of 100-day Rapid Results Initiatives for projects in the Middle East, Africa, and the United States. - Trained and mentored coaches for 5 projects on the Rapid Results Approach (RRA); developed training materials, coach performance management methodology. - Developed and presented a concept note for the Ministry of Public Sector Development in Jordan on methods to improve delivery of basic services, using existing capacities, resources, and infrastructure.
