I’m passionate about helping family businesses thrive across generations. As an advisor at LGA Global, I work closely with prominent families across the region, guiding them through complex transitions in leadership, ownership, and governance—while preserving harmony and unity. With deep roots in the Zamil Group, one of Saudi Arabia’s most respected family enterprises, I’ve held senior leadership roles including General Manager of Corporate HR and Head of CSR. I’ve led strategic transformations, launched social impact initiatives, and helped prepare the next generation for leadership through structured governance and succession planning. I’m honored to serve on several boards and councils, including the Khobar City Council, the Businesswomen Executive Council, and the Board of Trustees at the Royal University for Women in Bahrain. I regularly speak at regional forums on family enterprise, leadership, and women’s empowerment.
