- Visited Client facility at Leighton Buzzard, UK for 3 months to observe and learn the detailed scope of the stress support and establish strong working relationship with key client stakeholders - Developed a team of 8 engineers to support preparation of Interface loads report, Static test plan and Qualification substantiation report for A350XWB galleys for a leading Aircraft Interiors company - All the factors such as clash, feasibility of the construction, strength of the links were considered for generating the Whiffle tree for static testing. Used FMEA as tool to identify potential failures - Detailed finite element analysis of galley systems for components such as panels, support systems, fasteners and beams. - Managing client communication and all project management activities including costing & billing - Goal setting, Periodic reviews and Appraisal for all team members - Identify, analyze project risks and implement risk response strategies - Client presentations, Engineering SOW and Proposals in response to RFPs & RFQs
- Lead a team of 3 stress analysts to support stress notes preparation of over head bins for a leading aircraft manufacturer in USA - Developed Excel VBA tool for sorting the panels and metals in a Top assembly and storing the related details for Stress notes preparation as a part of continuous improvement initiative - Worked at Client facility for 6 months for Finite element modeling of class dividers and partitions - Managing client communication and status reporting on weekly basis - Set-up quality management system for the project involving IQA, EQA, FI and UMP.
