• Virtual work as a therapist with clients from diverse backgrounds, especially marginalized communities helping them with healing from trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, sex offense, depression, with children with ADHD, with individuals and couples. • Facilitated group counseling sessions to address issues such as racism, self-esteem, and positive parenting. • Utilize cultural competence skills using Somatic therapy, Trauma-Informed, CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Emotion Freedom Technique, play therapy, and art therapy.

• Work with CSFilm to determine how this project can best communicate the pertinent issues facing Afghans in 2021 and beyond to an outside audience. With CSFilm, the PL will oversee the final development of the project goals and outcomes. • Familiarize oneself with the TFOL training and production project and CSFilm’s character-drive, lived-reality, local-voices storytelling principles and practice. • Research and contact 2010 TFOL project participants as well as identify other documentary storytellers across the country that represent the regional, ethnic and gender variations of Afghanistan. • Research and write articles on the TFOL participants as described in #2 above. • Research and identify filmmakers and photographers to produce stories for #1 above. o Solicit, review, and manage story production in consultation with CSFilm staff. o Maintain budgets and adhere to timelines for story production. • Use communications expertise to assist with distribution and public engagement strategies to maximize the use of the stories produced internationally and in Afghanistan. • Translate materials and assist in interpretation between Afghans and CSFilm staff. • Lead administrative oversight of project, documents, materials, and processes.
