As a Programme Associate for the Tech for Good Institute, I conduct policy-driven research on digitalization in Southeast Asia. I also oversee projects for supporting regional non-profits in their digital transformation journey. Previously, I was a Program Officer for the Asia Foundation Philippines. In this role, I worked with coalitions to promote economic policy reforms in the fields of broadband, cybersecurity, fiscal stability, and health. I hold a Masters degree in Global Politics and have extensive research experience applying political economy methods towards understanding the role of emerging technologies in shaping geopolitical conflicts.

• Provided regular reporting and analysis of current events to guide the embassy’s political engagements • Managed external embassy contacts with government officials, civil society organizations, policy specialists • Assisted with the implementation of embassy funded projects on the areas of human rights, media freedom, digital disinformation, and modern slavery
• Managed a program grant by the National Endowment for Democracy on Youth democratic participation • Organized forums, educational curriculum, and trainings for youth organizations and student councils
