Supporting over 6000 users across 3 different interconnected buildings in our London offices. Being the point of escalation as a 2nd tier contact, if the 1st line team fails to resolve any issue the users may have. Providing immediate IT Support in live business environments including on trade floors, always ensuring business continuity. Provisioning, supporting, and troubleshooting Apple & Android devices and dealing with lost/broken or new request for users. Being involved in weekend moves to make sure no key departments are affected between working hours. Resolving customer routine issues via ticket/telephone and escalating support requests whenever necessary.
