• Led frontend development and performance optimization for Decathlon Turkey’s high-traffic e-commerce platform (decathlon.com.tr) and omnichannel in-house applications • Reduced bundle size and optimized code splitting, improving page load times by ~20–30% across key conversion pages • Built reusable UI components in a monorepo architecture (NX), reducing duplication and improving development speed across multiple applications • Contributed to A/B testing and experimentation (Statsig) across key e-commerce journeys, enabling data-driven improvements in user flows and conversion • Developed “InOut”, a real-time evacuation and personnel tracking system used across 40+ stores and HQ, supporting safety-critical operations and emergency coordination • Contributed to analytics, monitoring, and deployment workflows using Strapi, GTM, Datadog, GA4, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes
• Developed and maintained frontend features for Decathlon Turkey’s large-scale e-commerce platform • Contributed to UI improvements and user experience across core shopping flows • Worked on internal web applications supporting store operations and omnichannel processes
