Connecting with the best Leaders to design extraordinary teams to our exceptional Apple Stores in Turkey, UAE & Italy. Driving hiring strategies across the markets by using company tools, processes, and assessments and managing the process from end to end. Maintaining close and trusted partnerships. Close collaboration with the leadership team and provide coaching and training in support of their own skills development.
Connecting with the best talent to design extraordinary teams to our exceptional Apple Stores. My focus is on Leadership roles in EMEA such as Managers, Senior Managers, Store Leaders, Market Leaders & on Specialist roles in Turkey such as Specialists, Creatives and Geniuses.
Organising management trainings such as team building and leadership Facilitating motivation programs Initiating and developing a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Project
Managing the recruitment process for all INDITEX brands -store and head office positions - in coordination with Human Resources Area Managers and Brand Directors of each brand.
Conducting search & selection projects for clients in various sectors such as banking, automotive, FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals and real estate in junior, middle and senior level positions.
Sourcing the best talent in EMEA for all Leadership roles including Managers, Senior Managers and Store Leaders to lead our exceptional Apple Stores.
