At Van Natter Consulting Group, I support EU and UK market development across business development, GTM operations, partnerships, client execution and fractional revenue leadership delivery. My role sits between strategy, execution and operations. I help identify and open new commercial opportunities, build targeted account lists, shape ICP and messaging, manage outbound and social selling campaigns, support discovery and proposal processes, and create the systems needed to track pipeline, follow up and growth activity properly. I also support the operational side of VNCG’s fractional C-level revenue services. This includes helping structure client needs, define the type of fractional leadership required, support role scoping, coordinate candidate sourcing, and assist in matching the right commercial operators with the right company stage, market and growth challenge. Alongside this, I help manage recruiting and talent pipeline activity for fractional CRO, CMO, CSO and senior revenue operator profiles, supporting the process from initial role definition through outreach, screening coordination and client alignment. I also support VNCG’s ecosystem development across accelerators, incubators, venture networks and founder communities, helping open conversations with startups, investors and portfolio support teams where fractional revenue leadership and hands on GTM execution can create immediate value. Day to day, my work combines market research, campaign execution, sales operations, partnership development, recruiting coordination, client support and internal commercial operations. I work closely with founders, operating partners and VNCG leadership to turn commercial strategy into structured action, clearer revenue visibility and measurable weekly traction.
