As COO I am responsible for translating the company's strategic vision into operational execution and accelerating the path to €50M+ ARR — keeping systems, people and performance pulling in the same direction. - Driving operational performance by implementing scalable processes, systems and policies across the organization. - Partnering with the CEO to scale the company efficiently while maintaining strong customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and profitability. - Translating company strategy into an executable operational roadmap, ensuring alignment across departments. - Identifying operational inefficiencies and building scalable solutions to support rapid growth. - Owning global HR operations, including org design, hiring and performance management. - Partnering with the CFO on financial discipline, budgeting and performance tracking across departments. - Implementing KPIs to create alignment, accountability and data-driven decision-making. - Contributing to product vision and roadmap. - Maintaining P&L responsibility of the healthcare business. - Leading M&A integration projects.

An independent gentlemen's club located in Amsterdam. The members are connected by their ambition and entrepreneurship. Together we work out our own Bucket List. In the past 10 years we have set up businesses and events, like the famous R.A.P. Rally (www.raprally.nl) and Watervrees (www.watervrees.com). A tight-knit group that grow old by staying young. With a group of 6 members we organized a Rally across Europe. With 40 students and young professionals we drove through Europe and worked one day in the North of France for Stichting Onderdak Zonderdak. More info on the website. (www.raprally.nl)
Responsible for acquiring & maintaining business clients, together with two colleagues. These clients, namely organizations seeking academic employees, are able to meet with these students during an 5-day event. This event is the biggest career event for students in Amsterdam. Around 1200 students are able to get in touch with more than 70 companies through a variety of activities.
Responsible for the external affairs (company visits, sponsoring). Along with 31 students we visited in a week several companies in an upcoming East-European Country (Prague).
