He assists companies in reaching agreement in the context of outsourcings, information technology projects and joint ventures. In outsourcings he works with colleagues both from the IT group and other practice groups, outsourcing consultants and law firms in relevant countries to create solutions that work for both the clients and the providers. In disputes, he assists clients in creating new possibilities for resolving issues, and in obtaining the other parties’ cooperation in realising these. Where necessary, he assists clients in court proceedings. Bart’s primary focus is information technology and structuring business relations between companies, both nationally and internationally. In the area of information technology his work covers a broad spectrum, ranging from regularly assisting in negotiating and drafting outsourcing agreements, software development agreements, software licences, implementation agreements, and telecom agreements, to handling IT related disputes. In addition, Bart is experienced in setting up joint development, mutually integrated production and joint marketing arrangements. He represents both IT suppliers and corporations.
