I sold my first ads at nine years old, printing and selling my own neighborhood newspaper for pocket money. It was my first lesson in creativity, storytelling, and entrepreneurship, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Years later, the work of the teams I’ve built has been recognized with major industry awards, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix. Today, I lead Pinterest’s Global Accounts organization, partnering with some of the world’s most influential brands to drive growth and innovation on a platform that inspires over half a billion people every month. Before joining Pinterest, I helped redefine how global brands approached creativity and innovation at Snap, Instagram and Facebook, building teams that scaled global partnerships and reimagined how technology and storytelling come together to drive impact. My career began in the world of TV spots, radio shows, and billboards before I jumped headfirst into digital. That mix gave me a lasting respect for both craft and scale, and a belief that while formats evolve, the magic of a good story never fades. If there’s one thing I’ve learned along the way, it’s that success is never a solo act. I’ve built my career around spotting and empowering exceptional talent, the people you want to work with, work for, and hire. I believe in creating teams that think independently, collaborate deeply, and take ownership like personal CEOs. When people feel trusted, they surprise you with what they can do. I hold an Executive Master in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris. I’m a certified Futurist and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at the Paris School of Business, where my research explores advertising effectiveness and attention in the digital economy. That academic perspective keeps me grounded in evidence and curious about what’s next. Belgian by origin and global citizen by design, I’ve lived and worked across continents, speak multiple languages, and believe that diverse perspectives fuel the best ideas. I’m endlessly curious about what makes people and brands tick, and how culture, technology, and creativity shape behavior at scale. When I’m not exploring new ideas or helping brands shape the future, I dream of owning a vineyard in the South of France where the wine is free and the conversations never end. — The views expressed on LinkedIn are my own personal opinions and do not reflect the official position of any company I am currently or was previously affiliated with. Building and leading Pinterest’s Global Accounts organization, partnering with some of the world’s most influential marketers and brands to turn inspiration into real business growth. What makes Pinterest interesting is the mindset people arrive with. They are not just scrolling past content. They are actively planning what to do next. A big part of what we do is help brands understand and act on these early signals of intent. My team’s work has earned global recognition, including Pinterest’s first-ever Cannes Lions Grand Prix.
