      I define & lead development activities of new and existing Digital Communications solutions and business in order to create a leading position in the fast growing digitalizing communications market. Together with a team of Product Managers, I'm looking after BICS Cloud Communication Products: Inbound Numbers, SIP Trunking solutions, Virtual Mobile Numbers, SMS A2P and CPaaS in an international context. This is a set of Programmable Communication solutions allowing companies to reach out to their users for different use cases. Some of my tasks are: - To build a product vision & to define a product evolution which results in a roadmap for (Mobile) DIDs, SIP Trunking, SMS A2P & CPaaS, in order to improve the Digital Communications solution portfolio attractiveness. - Financial responsibility for the Cloud Communications Portfolio: I'm responsible for the realization of product revenues and margin objectives of Digital Communications Solutions; I monitor the revenues, costs, customer acquisitions, quality and profitability of our products & initiate necessary actions in case of any risks identified. Apart from the Product Management team, I also look after our Cloud Com Operations teams which consist of a Business Management team , Porting team & Provisioning team.
