I am a Chemical Engineer. After gaining experience in packaging quality control processes in the pharmaceutical industry, I am currently working as a Quality Development Engineer at a facility producing BOPP films for food packaging applications. I actively take part in packaging materials, process controls, customer complaint evaluations, and the coordination of laboratory activities. By supporting the laboratory team in maintaining an accurate testing workflow and reliable reporting process, I contribute to improvement activities between quality, production, and customer expectations.
•Preparing customer complaint CAPA reports using the 5 Why methodology •Using Fishbone analysis forms in internal problem-solving meetings •Leading the quality laboratory team. •Supporting continuous improvement activities using the PDCA cycle •Performing on-site validation of implemented corrective and preventive actions. •Conducting customer visits for quality complaint investigations and technical support.
•Conducting physical and chemical tests of primary and secondary packaging materials. •Experience with basic operations in the SAP system. •Familiar with CAPA processes. •Communicating with suppliers during rejection and warning processes. •Performing daily calibrations of analytical instruments. •Investigating customer complaints and developing improvement suggestions. •Planning analyses and preparing for audits. •Working closely with the design team to ensure the accuracy of Packaging Artwork content.
