I am a manufacturing professional with over 11 years of experience in high-volume production environments, including several years in leadership roles. My background combines operational management, process engineering and data-driven performance improvement. I have led production teams responsible for safety, quality, delivery and cost results, while also driving optimization initiatives that improved efficiency and reduced operational waste. In recent years I have been increasingly focused on advanced production analytics, reporting automation and cross-stage process understanding in EV battery manufacturing. This transition allowed me to broaden my perspective — from managing daily operations to designing data-supported improvements at a systemic level. Alongside my corporate career, I am also building a small manufacturing business in the additive manufacturing space, where I am responsible for end-to-end product development, process optimization, automation and market execution.
