My major previous projects: 1) Baltic LNG Terminal - First LNG terminal in Central Europe. 2) Głogów Copper Smelter and refinery modernization. 3) Al Wakrah Stadium - Stadium foreseen for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. 4) Żerań Power Plant - Combined cycle gas turbine. 5) Baltic Pipe and the Polish reconstruction of gas transmission system - Gas Compressor Stations in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Gustorzyn and Goleniów.
Porthos CO2 transport and storage (gas compressor station) - EPC contract. Coordinating quality activities of the subcontractors in accordance with the Inspection Test Plan (earth works, concrete, prefab, facade, roofing, finishing works). Creating and reviewing quality documentation. Conducting inspections. Monitoring works ongoing. Collecting quality control records. Coordinating surveying activities on site.
Gas Compressor Station Gustorzyn (Baltic Pipe) - gas compressors installation. Managing mechanical and construction quality documentation of gas compressors installation (Solar turbines). Procurement, quantity surveying, extra works quotations. Coordination of subcontractors. 'Permit to work' management.
Gas Compressor Station Kędzierzyn - gas turbine and filter separator assembling and piping. Managing and purchasing material essential to finish the task. Creating quality, Red Correx and AS built documentation. Quantity surveying. Polish-English ad hoc translations.
New Combined-Cycle Power Plant – ‘Zeran’. Preparing the entire QA/QC documentation (Red Correx, AS-built, welding and mechanical documentation, punch lists, final documentation). Conducting inspections with the contractor and the client.
