Since long - Quality Manager or Engineer in Automotive branch. I'm keen in processing metal components i.e. welding processes, riveting, assembly, lately also stamping and now aluminium forging. On my way I did also good expereince with non-metal parts like rear glass windows, glue, sealings systems, assemblies etc. I manage and have experience in whole spectrum of quality - from goods income (SQA), through internal production (i.e. SPC) till customer support. I like to manage my processes with assurance of CAQ, it has become a kind of my hobby during this few years of work and I confirm - it does its work very well. Parallely I am taking care on whole documentation, I do audits, I create needed forms, instructions etc. Everything what currently my customer and the project requires. My native speaking language is polish, but i also speak fluently english or german.
I hired myself to this role due to the fact i like to face new challenges, and this company needed immediately somebody who could bring the products quality as well as the old fashioned mindsets of the staff to a modern state of the art, conform with Tier 1 customer expectations. During the last 3 Years i think, me and my whole team did a lot of hard work and we achieved planed targets. We completely reset customer contacts and rebuilt them with new, updated business culture. Company is now developing fast and finally everyone working here understood, that direction we've chosen in the beginning was the right one and will bring clear benefits in near future. Stamping metal parts is actually quite cheap per piece, so to achieve real profits we have to deliver millions of identical parts with guaranteed quality and in the expected time. Personally i think - we did it. This could be confirmed with already passed IATF Requalification Audit. Great success.
Hot moulding / Forging Aluminum Automotive Parts for big Customers, small series, fast premium cars. Mostly security related components but decoraive ones as well. My typical day: contignus contact with customers, working on PPAP's, struggling to hold Cpk's>1,33 and of course even more, complaints management, taking care for perfect quality in our local production, setting up CAQ enviroment and finding solutions for various problems appearing ahead.
Qualitative support on assmebled Products. Managing and planning Quality on responsible areas, analysis, solving problems, care on products, documentation and also involwed Workers. Making only right decisions. ...daily bread in QA. Quite interesing to be honest. I like it.
