Key responsibilities: • Building O2C Strategy to enable GSS transformation towards becoming a Global Business Service organization for Tate & Lyle • Leading global order-to-cash GSS transformation with the main focus on centralization and standardization. (improving process efficiency and compliance) • Building buy-in in the Tate & Lyle organization for the necessity of process standardization (bottom up & top down) • Engaging various key O2C stakeholders and building O2C Global Expert panel across all regions and organizations representing all streams of Order to Cash processes led by GPL for O2C • Performing as-is process assessments to provide end-to-end transparency, building process heatmaps with the aim of simplification and standardization. • Leading M&A O2C integration of two companies with aim of achieving “best of both” • Design, Develop, Implement & Improve End-to-End Business Processes • Develop and enforce globally standardized processes, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tax, legal, and regulatory requirements • Identify and execute transformation projects aimed at optimizing performance and enhancing automation within Order to Cash • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Commercial Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Master Data and IT, to facilitate effective service delivery and manage change initiatives • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement
