I’m passionate about scaling organizations and driving commercial excellence. At Lepaya, a leading HR‑tech corporate upskilling platform, I joined as the first commercial hire and played a key role in building and leading high-performing sales teams. I developed a strong partner ecosystem and helped guide the company from employee #7 to a 300+ person scale-up. During this journey, Lepaya secured $80M in total funding and strengthened its market position — including through the acquisition of Krauthammer, which significantly expanded its corporate training footprint. After Lepaya, I served as Chief Revenue Officer at 10x, where I led the commercial strategy for a platform designed to match high-growth companies with top-tier fractional executives. I focused on refining ICP targeting, scaling revenue operations, and leveraging AI-driven matching to deliver measurable results for clients. Today, as Client Director at Relevance Learning, I work with organizations to build future-proof capabilities through personalized, scalable learning solutions.
