Als Algemeen Directeur van IT Connectie werk ik elke dag aan iets waar ik echt energie van krijg: een stabiele en professionele organisatie bouwen waar klanten én collega’s op kunnen vertrouwen. In mijn rol richt ik me vooral op de strategische koers, het verder professionaliseren van onze dienstverlening en het coachen en laten groeien van teams en teamleads. Ik bouw graag aan lange-termijnrelaties met klanten, waarbij transparantie, eigenaarschap en persoonlijke betrokkenheid centraal staan. Bij IT Connectie helpen we organisaties met support, netwerkbeheer, werkplekbeheer en security. Als Algemeen Directeur ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van onze strategische visie, het verder professionaliseren van onze diensten en projecten, en het optimaliseren van bedrijfsprocessen om groei te realiseren. Samen met ons team van professionals waarborgen we de kwaliteit van onze diensten en zorgen we voor een stabiele en betrouwbare IT-omgeving voor onze klanten. Onze focus ligt op het leveren van 'always-on' IT-diensten op basis van het Microsoft-portfolio. We verzorgen volledig werkplekbeheer, inclusief mobile device management, antivirus en netwerksystemen, zowel in private als public cloud. Dit doen we veilig en onder SLA-afspraken. Wij werken nauw samen met onze klanten, zowel on-site bij de klant als vanuit ons kantoor in Asten. Door continue innovatie en standaardisatie versterken we de digitale slagkracht van bedrijven in de Brabantse Peel-regio.

Responsibilities also extend to maintaining a dynamic connection with KPN, actively seeking and spearheading transformative digital initiatives. As Managing Consultant (@Itility this is called a Customer Representative), I am responsible for business development and project delivery with Itility's customers. This means taking ownership of delivery, innovation and development to ensure continuity and long term growth for both the customer and Itility About Itility: Itility is an IT company working for enterprises such as ASML, NXP, KPN, Signify and Vanderlande. We are involved in all stages: strategy, design, execution and the run. With our IT knowledge we help our customers with their digital transformation. We deal with private and public cloud projects, IT automation (infrastructure as code), application development, Big Data and IoT. DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering are our expertise. Continuous improvements: Itility is a knowledge based company, approaching IT from a comprehensive perspective rather than from a technology perspective only. We spend considerable amounts on own R&D, deep dives and employee training in our very own Itility Academy.

Ampleon is a leading manufacturer in RF technologies, Founded in 2015, Ampleon has approximately 1600 employees worldwide. Itility is responsible for delivering Data science and analytics projects as well as Cloud services. As Managing Consultant for Marel, I am rejoining the partnership between Itility and Marel. We work together on support and development of IT (cloud) services. Ranging from Public/Private cloud to IoT, Containerization, network automation, digital projects etc. Together we run innovative projects that support Marel's business goals, while supporting Marel's IT backbone in day-2-day operations.
