About

I am a senior technology executive with 25+ years of experience building and leading full-stack hardware, software and cloud networking businesses. As SVP and General Manager of RUCKUS at Belden Inc. (NYSE: BDC), I lead an 1,800-person global organization with ~$700M in annual revenue that grew 32% year-over-year from FY24 to FY25. I carry full P&L and functional accountability across R&D, products, sales, marketing, supply chain and customer support. I set strategy, allocate capital and build the leadership teams that execute. I believe exceptional business outcomes are the product of exceptional teams, and my most important job as a leader is recruiting, developing and aligning the right people, then clearing roadblocks impeding their success. My track record spans organic growth, operational turnaround and complex corporate development. While President of CommScope's NICS Segment, a $1.1B business, we turned the ICN business unit profitable and positioned it for a successful exit. I then focused the organization on building RUCKUS into a standalone, high-growth business, delivering market-leading top-line growth, significant EBITDA expansion and a transformed portfolio built around cloud, SaaS and AI on top of exceptional RF and hardware platforms. I led the team that launched RUCKUS One and RUCKUS AI, cloud-native platforms built on a micro-services architecture, now managing over half a million devices with ARR growing profitably at 55% year-over-year. I championed our first-mover entry into enterprise Wi-Fi 7, directing R&D, go-to-market and supply chain to beat competitors to market. In July 2026, the result of our turnaround was the sale of RUCKUS Networks to Belden for 13x EBITDA at a ~$1.85B valuation, creating over $1B of incremental shareholder value versus the 2017 RUCKUS transaction. Today my focus is scaling RUCKUS within Belden, combining our enterprise networking strengths with Belden's industrial footprint as customers converge IT and OT. Earlier in my career I developed and led the RUCKUS global sales organization across enterprise and service provider channels. Prior to RUCKUS I enjoyed roles in business development, product management, software engineering and embedded systems design. I hold a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Core Expertise: P&L Management, Corporate Development, M&A, Cloud, SaaS, Hardware, Go-To-Market Strategy, Sales Leadership, Operational Excellence, AI Transformation, Strategic Partnerships, Organizational Scaling, Product Strategy, Channel Development, Supply Chain Operations

As President of RUCKUS Networks, a flagship business of Vistance Networks (NASDAQ: VISN), I led 1,800 employees globally with full P&L and functional accountability across R&D, product management, sales, marketing, supply chain and customer support. Under my leadership, the team grew RUCKUS revenue 32% year-over-year in FY2024/25, with significant EBITDA expansion, demonstrating that we can scale profitably. Recently, we agreed to be acquired by Belden for ~$1.85B in cash, valuing RUCKUS at 13x EBITDA. Working across product, engineering and go-to-market teams, we launched RUCKUS One and RUCKUS AI, increasing ARR ~30% year-over-year while recently quadrupling subscription attach rates. By championing our first-mover entry into enterprise Wi-Fi 7 and aligning R&D, product and sales behind the R770 launch in December 2023, we beat all major competitors to market. A focused R&D restructuring opened a new design center in Chennai, offshored multiple product lines and automated software QA, delivering $15M in Opex savings while accelerating the roadmap. Through a disciplined pricing, vendor and supply chain strategy, the team improved hardware gross margins substantially. Deploying AI and customized LLMs across all business functions produced dramatic workflow efficiency gains. The rebranding of RUCKUS around Purpose-driven Networking, including a new identity, value proposition and digital presence, strengthened our position across key enterprise markets.

Leading a global enterprise networking sales organization of 500+ people with up to $150M in OpEx, my accountability spanned field and inside sales, systems engineering, business development, channel partnerships, RevOps and sales enablement across enterprise and service provider segments. Building the leadership team across global, regional and functional roles created the foundation for consistent market share gains in a highly competitive enterprise networking market. Driving go-to-market strategy across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM established RUCKUS as a recognized market leader in enterprise wireless networking. Developing the channel partner program and strategic alliance framework expanded revenue across enterprise, service provider and cloud-managed networking segments.

  • President - Networking, Intelligent Cellular & Security (NICS) at CommScope
    Feb 2023 - Jan 2025 · 2 yrs

As President of CommScope's Networking, Intelligent Cellular and Security segment, I held full P&L accountability for a $1.1B business across 2,200 employees, encompassing RUCKUS Networks and the Intelligent Cellular Networks business units. Through operational restructuring, cost discipline and strategic repositioning, the team returned the ICN business unit to profitability ahead of its successful exit as part of a $2.1B cash transaction to Amphenol in Jan 2025. Working across sales, product and operations, the team beat FY'23 revenue targets and grew NICS segment top-line 17% year-over-year while exceeding EBITDA goals by 40%. A company-wide efficiency initiative reduced segment OpEx by more than 10%, with savings reinvested into strategic growth programs. Launching the CommScope Sentry brand for IoT device security and driving Private 5G and NaaS offerings expanded the segment's recurring revenue base into new markets. By redesigning our supply chain operations, the team compressed lead times from more than 52 weeks in a volatile supply chain environment to 4-6 weeks across both direct and outsourced manufacturing.
