During this assignment I am responsible for further developing the masterplan of the manufacturing and packaging equipment for the Confiserie Napoleon factory. Because of my experience in the process industry and material handling I am able to further improve the production capabilities within the masterplan working closely with Napoleon leadership team.
Together with the ASML service team executing an in-depth risk analysis on another one of ASML’s Material Handling Systems. Defining & implementing risk mitigations to minimize the impact of potential high impact system failure
