I am passionate about what data can do for the Circular Economy and Healthcare. I have managed Engineers, Specialists and Scientists in the fields of Advanced Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modelling and Master Data Management. I have written multiple Data Strategies including proposals for organizational changes and investments in enabling technologies, all backed with solid business cases. I am able to oversee and manage a large and complex (senior) stakeholder field. From senior leaders, Regional and Local Leadership teams, Executive Committee members, Supervisory Board members to external Regulators. I bring people together from all kinds of disciplines and domains to move things forward and improve every day. Ad hoc because the data problem needs it at that point in time, or structural in formalized Data Governance bodies with charters and evidence to be(come) in control. I have set up data & analytics departments more then ones. Building great teams and deliver business value together gives me a lot of energy. In my last role, at de Volksbank, I had the privilege to lead an organizational transformation, centralizing over 120 FTE data professionals. Proud to be awarded multiple times and be recognized by different parties for the team effort, approaches and deliverables that made impact at organizations and on society. It is important for me to contribute and improve the treatement of Reumatic diseases in an early stage. I am sharing my knowledge and experience as a member of the expert committee research proposals for the Dutch Arthritis Society and as a Board member of the Dutch Quality institute Rheumatic and Musculoskeletal Diseases. I am diagnosed with Axiale Spondyloarthritis and successfully treated with anti TNFα.
