Full responsability on the Self Propelled Forage Harvester product in a multi-skilled team : - Strategic responsible for the product roadmaps, short and longterm projects in collaboration with the Product Management team and the innovations team - Lead the Current Product Team for Current Quality and Maintenance to ensure Production Quality and Continuity in collaboration with the Service department and Industrial partners (manufacturing, manufacturing quality, purchasing, Supplier Quality ...) - KPI tracking - Lead the New Program Team to ensure timely and qualitative launches of new products and programs - Lead the R&D team (partially direct reports, partially cross matrix) for efficient development using a variety of modern techniques and data analysis - Multi M$ budget planning, follow up and management.
