Strong promotor of our tps based Vulkoprin Production System. Responsible for the daily control of the production departments. With our VPS system we improve every day the safety, quality and the efficiency of the production.
As a QSE-mgr I am responsible for quality, environment and safety. Strong promoter of TPS philosophy and continuous improvement. For environment and safety I am the spokesperson between management and shop floor, actively searching to make the work more safe and efficient. Daily leading TPS meeting, using 8D, VSM, Kaizen, 5S for achieving our goals of less complaints (internal and external). Responsible for ISO9001 and ISO14001 management systems. Performing audits, folow up procedures and making a daily controlled management system.
Besides the engineering, improving the safety and environmental management. Leading role in sustainability (leading projects, preparing reports for external audits). Responsible for ISO14001 (implementing, performing audits, follow-up procedures)
