Commercial Insights Manager is accountable for transforming consumer, shopper & customer insights into a source of competitive advantage for the Northern European Franchise unit (BE, NL, LUX, NO, SE) and for driving the voice of the customer into all decision making forums
- Ensure the development, implementation and follow-up of the category management projects for our customers in order to optimize (neutral) sales - translate the marketing plans into sales plans and follow-up on performance in order to contribute to the total company objectives
member of European Shopper Insights Team, supporting the Western European management team and Sales & Marketing teams Identify priorities and different info needs within the Sales department in order to further develop our business. Work out an Insights yearplan ( situation assessment, key shopper/consumer insights projects, recurrent Nielsen/Europanel projects, budget proposition) - Understanding, and gathering insights about, shoppers, channels, customers & snacking/multi-category - Understanding different drivers of in-store performance like shelfpresentation, assortment, promotions and pricing - Building strong relations with insights professionals (external agencies and retail customers) - Formulating recommendations towards Sales, based on the insights and identified trends, and integrate these in the business plans
