Currently, I serve as CFO of GoodHabitz, a leading European EdTech SaaS company. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, I oversee Finance and Legal while also contributing to broader strategic decisions that drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. These experiences have given me a broad perspective across manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and subscription-based business models, as well as extensive exposure to international operations and complex stakeholder environments. My leadership experience extends well beyond finance. I have led and transformed functions including IT, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, and Business Operations. I have successfully completed approximately ten acquisitions, driven organizational redesign initiatives, and built high-performing teams across multiple countries and cultures. Having lived and worked in the Netherlands, Mexico, and Australia, I bring a global mindset combined with a pragmatic, people-focused leadership style. I believe the best results are achieved when strong financial discipline is combined with clear strategy, open communication, and empowered teams. Outside of work, I am passionate about travel, cycling, music, continuous learning, and exploring new perspectives.
