As Site Director, I am leading a fully autonomous entity, supplying multiple businesses. Building on experiences within operations, technology/R&D and projects, I succeed in creating ambitious yet tenable strategies. Important to me is to develop a deeper understanding of cultural sensitivities and self-awareness, by nurturing a curious mindset. These traits got honed through working in a start-up joint venture as well as in roles with global reach and in multiple countries.
