Over 10 years practical experience as change consultant supporting organizations and its leaders in realizing sustainable change. I have achieved results with diverse methods (Lean Six Sigma, change management, leadership development, project management) in different roles (project manager, advisor, coach, facilitator and trainer). The majority of the projects were implemented in complex, cross-functional environments with a large diversity of stakeholders. Experienced in working together with and aligning multiple disciplines in order to realize visible business impact. I’m passionate about building capability in others and creating space for transformational breakthrough to happen. Business impact is always the objective.
