• Improve machinery / modules / techniques. Identify desired functional specifications and define the technical direction. • Initiating, coordinating team engineering, responsible for the planning. Coordination of outsourcing to subcontractors. • Maintaining contacts both inside and outside the organization to deliver components and modules. Visiting suppliers for the purpose of monitoring modules to be delivered.
Handling customer orders (packaging machines and lines). Focus on efficient, cost-conscious and effective handling of orders within and outside the organization. Point of contact for customers, suppliers and colleagues / liaison. Systematic approach, flexible attitude, good communication skills and organizational knowledge are necessary.
Machine owner of SPC (SurePOUCH Clean-fill) machine VFFS (Vertical Form Fill and Seal): set up concept, layout, and management of various departments (mechanical, software and electrical). Innovation SPC, such as standard frame (tube) converted to a sheet metal frame. Previously responsible for the SPA (SurePOUCH Aseptic machine) VFFS. Floor management, project management planning, testing coordinator were part of my responsibilities as well as managing the team. Engineering of several components/modules/etc.
• Developing and managing process automation for the scaffolding industry. From initiation to implementation, generate the best assembly concept. Develop new assembly and mounting techniques/processes of sheet metal, strips and tubes (bending / punching and stamping techniques / clinching instead of welding / etc.). • Responsible for purchasing new production equipment (in the Netherlands, Germany and China) and the production processes. Machinery for the production site Orion Metal to Kaulille, Belgium. Tasks in these projects, amongst others, purchase counseling, preparing contracts, coordination (control), budget, planning and FAT machinery and installation SAT. • Product innovation and optimization product range. For this, among other things, I used SolidWorks Simulation for calculations on stiffness and strength. In addition, the manufacturing techniques were hereby made easier and inventory management of materials were taken into consideration. For the current production, I kept contact with our production companies, such as in China, Czech Republic, Belgium, England, France.
