    • Developing and managing process automation for the scaffolding industry. From initiation to implementation, generate the best assembly concept. Develop new assembly and mounting techniques/processes of sheet metal, strips and tubes (bending / punching and stamping techniques / clinching instead of welding / etc.). • Responsible for purchasing new production equipment (in the Netherlands, Germany and China) and the production processes. For this, among other things, I used SolidWorks Simulation for calculations on stiffness and strength. In addition, the manufacturing techniques were hereby made easier and inventory management of materials were taken into consideration. For the current production, I kept contact with our production companies, such as in China, Czech Republic, Belgium, England, France.
