Over the past 20 years I worked in different domains at one of the worlds leading development & manufacturing global players for automotive products, Robert Bosch. I had the opportunity to work at different locations in Germany, UK and Belgium. During my career I managed different positions as product development engineer, global project leader, OE account manager, quality manager, launch manager and R&D Manager Chemical Process Development. Currently I am working as Program Director. A leadership role with target responsibility for product development, engineering and industrialization of a whole new portfolio of automotive wiper and cleaning systems. My direct reports are the program managers located WW at Bosch's R&D locations. I embrace innovations and love to work in an interdisciplinary global team.
