Responsible for the strategical framework of all intercompany relations within the Radiology division to ensure tax compliance with a continues focus on the business demands. Business model changes are assessed cross departmental. Examples of business model changes are make or buy decisions or a change in roles and responsibilites accross the globe. In addition operational transfer price steering is managed within the team.
Member of Bayer HealthCare Global Finance and Controlling team. Divisional responsible for transfer price operations Medical Care. The Medical Care division composed from acquisitions and internal portfolio required a transfer price model redesign. Divisional activities performed in alignment with global tax department and divisional management. In this function being part of the Tranfser price operations team with peers responsible for the other divisions.
In addition to the previous position being part of multiple strategic product group teams as Finance BP to design the 10 years strategy and the financial framework required to enable the strategy.
