Responsible for global HR service delivery and HR technology
- responsible for setting up and delivering excellent HR-services and -processes globally, from recruitment to payroll as well as corporate business travel - managing the performance of our outsourced vendor and its operational service centers in Europe and Asia - as business system owner responsible for the implementation, functional development and maintenance of all global HR information systems (including Workday, Succesfactors, Peoplesoft). Responsible for all IT-risk aspects including data privacy (GDPR).
