General management (full P&L and balance sheet) of Renusol America, with a focus on strategy development, product portfolio, operational set-up, and multi-channel sales of Renusol's cleantech business in the Americas, Caribbean/Central America and Japan. Led the sales team with a portfolio of 100% American engineered and manufactured products resulting in triple digit growth and achieving a 5th place market share ranking within 3 years after launch. Product portfolio consisted of aluminum and plastic engineered structures for the attachment of solar PV modules to buildings.
