Director of all site construction work and facility upgrades. Manage all contractors and interface with maintenance and operations. Oversee all schedule activities, permitting, vendor contracts, environmental impacts, site remediation and power plant upgrades. Liaise between contractors and all OPC departments to ensure safety, environmental and security are involved in all aspects of site changes.
Construction Manager over module construction on a Westing House AP1000 nuclear power plant.
Lead for all on site QA/QC and welding activities utilizing the submerged arc welding (SAW) process with both Miller 1000 and 1500 machines on a custom made welding platform in the cladding of the digesters. Demolition of tanks in confined spaces in an operating plant and installation and or placement of new vessels. Managed workers performing annual plant maintenance and upgrades or modifications.
