About

My very first brew during my education in Agro- and Biotechnology wasn’t worth a quality award, but from there I decided to master the science of brewing, and I never stopped learning in my jobs as Global Brewing Engineer, Brewery Manager, Heineken Master Brewer, etc. As a leader in Supply Chain, I commit myself to continue to use my passion for beer, my operational experience and positive energy to develop teams to deliver continuously improving operational performances; and contribute to the company’s strategic agenda. As a management team member and Director of Production and Supply Chain in the brewing industry, I lead end-to-end operations to drive efficiency, quality, and consistency across our production and logistics. With a passion for optimizing processes and building resilient supply chains, I’m focused on delivering operational excellence and contributing to sustainable growth.
