In my role as Business Manager within our Production Development competence I am responsible for being the link between my engineers and our high-tech clients. I’m coaching a team of highly educated engineers in their career. Together we make development plans to ensure that we can achieve personal goals. What makes my heart beat faster? Vanuit mijn 360° rol bestaande uit Recruitment, Sales en Resource verantwoordelijk voor onder andere Philips, ASML, DAF, Fokker en MKB. Hierbij heb ik gewerkt voor de divisie Hightech & Manufacturing Zuid-Nederland. Ik opereerde in de vakgebieden: Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Automotive en Aerospace. Naast het detacheren van technisch geschoolde HBO'ers en WO'ers gaf ik trainingen en adviseerde ik diverse klanten.
