    Planned and unplanned maintenance of all machines in Thin Films department in both MOS 1 and MOS 9 Wafer Fabs including, Novellus Concept One, Varian Sputterers 3180,3190,3280,3290STQ, Applied Materials 2100 Silox Furnace, 5000 Poly/Oxide,5500 Endura, RTP Furnace, Watkins Johnson WJ999, Philips XRF750 Measurement System, Semitool Washer/Dryers, Wetbenches, and all associated pumps/extract systems/RF generators, power supplies and control software. Led a 4 man team which was responsible for Portable Appliance Testing of all items within the confines of the East Kilbride site, which enabled the site to pass ISO9002. Operation, hardware setup changes, planned and unplanned maintenance on ASM-Fico moulding equipment, ASM-Fico dejunk equipment, Technik electroplating equipment, mark (pad ID printing) equipment, ASM-Fico Trim & Form equipment. Mould die tool strip/rebuild, chemical analysis of electroplating baths chemistry, TXRF of electroplating chemistry on leadframe, control of consumables stock for Assembly department. Part of a four man team which introduced a new product line in assembly and test areas, the first of it’s kind in the world – 132lead Quad Flat Pack Assembly and Test.
