Drydocks World is a leading provider of marine and offshore services to the shipping, oil, gas, and energy sectors. Drydocks World completes over 300 projects a year in Dubai, home to some of the world’s biggest-ever new-build offshore fabrication programmes. I managed all related tasks to the Business Transformation Strategy. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Transformation. Key Projects Oracle Fusion ERP – Successfully implemented to transform back-office functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.) at Drydocks World, forming a core pillar of their digital transformation roadmap. IFS ERP – Successfully led the implementation for production and operations, covering projects, production, engineering, supply chain, and time & labour recording. The programme replaced Drydocks World’s legacy maritime system, enabling full coverage of marine activities and supporting future EPC growth. Delivered complex integrations with Oracle Fusion (back-office ERP) and other best-of-breed systems, including Primavera, to ensure seamless end-to-end operations. Role: Represented Drydocks as Project Manager for both programmes, managing full lifecycle delivery, stakeholder engagement, and successful completion.
Lamprell based in the United Arab Emirates is a leading provider of diversified engineering and contracting services to the onshore and offshore oil & gas, renewables industries employing over 5,000 + people across multiple facilities. During my time as the Digital Manager, I was responsible for the development of Lamprell's digital strategy and management of their digital portfolio.

I was hired to implement Epicor ERP across all ITW’s construction products UK branches while managing all ICT activities/operations in their Fife manufacturing plant.
FLEXcon is a worldwide manufacturer of pressure-sensitive film products for applications; the company is headquartered in Spencer, Massachusetts, and has operations throughout North America and Europe - employs 1200+ people worldwide. Responsible for implementing and supporting all Information Communications Technologies across their European manufacturing and distribution sites. Key achievements: Integrating Epicor ERP with plant machinery and shop floor applications to automate manufacturing/supply chain transactions removing non-value added activities and delivering real-time information to the business teams.
