My journey began in the fields, rooted in agriculture and livestock. Growing up in the heart of production, my fascination with machinery and automation started at a very young age, sparking a lifelong ambition to become an engineer. I channeled this passion into a degree in Energy Systems Engineering from Gazi University. During my internship at AFT FILTER, a manufacturer of ventilation filters, I took an active role in both production and management. I gained hands-on experience in sheet metal fabrication (CNC laser, press brake, punch) and machine manufacturing, mastering various welding techniques and machining tools. This "shop floor" foundation allowed me to bridge the gap between theoretical engineering and practical application. Currently, I serve as a Lean Production Engineer at ARMOR HEAT TRANSFER, specializing in automotive radiator manufacturing. My role centers on the Lean Manufacturing philosophy, where I organize operator-machine-material synchronization to maximize efficiency. From production planning and capacity management to ensuring quality standards through SOPs, I focus on optimizing the entire value stream. Following my service as a Reserve Officer, I continue to drive operational excellence and lead lean transformation projects at Armor Heat Transfer. As a Production Engineer at Armor Heat Transfer, specializing in automotive radiator manufacturing, I manage production lines based on Lean Manufacturing principles. My key responsibilities include: Production & Capacity Management: Optimizing operator-machine-material synchronization for maximum efficiency. I align production plans with department capacity, monitor real-time performance, and execute necessary interventions to ensure targets are met. Lean Manufacturing Leadership: Implementing and leading Lean methodologies, including Just-In-Time (JIT), Kanban, Kaizen, SMED, Jidoka, Heijunka, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). I conduct regular 5S audits and drive continuous improvement projects. Standardization & Quality: Drafting and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). I identify non-conforming products, report to Quality Management, and facilitate corrective action (CAPA) meetings with team leaders to enhance output quality. Workforce Management: Monitoring personnel performance, attendance, and unplanned downtime. I perform root-cause analysis for production halts, manage disciplinary procedures, and oversee the onboarding and weekly tracking of new hires. Strategic Planning: Managing workforce allocation and resource planning in response to production rate fluctuations. I ensure the correct use of machinery and PPE, identifying equipment needs and managing procurement requests. R&D & Innovation: Supporting R&D and design teams by tracking technological advancements, industrial research, and automation trends to modernize manufacturing processes.

Key contributions and technical skills: Sheet Metal Fabrication: Operated high-precision machinery including CNC Laser Cutting, Press Brake (Abkant), and Punching machines. Machine Manufacturing: Collaborated with master technicians on machine assembly and fabrication projects. Machining & Tooling: Gained practical experience using pillar drills and vertical milling machines. Welding Techniques: Performed various industrial welding methods, including Electric Arc, Spot (Punta), and TIG welding. Process Oversight: Supported production planning and stock management workflows to ensure seamless operational continuity.
