End-to-end responsibility on the Quality Management System (Processes & IT System's) and Quality Compliance for the commercial BioTech Hub Basel of Novartis - a department ensuring launch readiness for future products at Novartis and externals (as a CDMO) and, Novartis Cell Bank Center Leading/Coaching (AD) a team of Compliance Experts (former Quality Manager). Reporting in my role to the Site Quality Head (FvP) operationally and functionally to the global Compliance Head for Large Molecules within Novartis. Part of the Quality Leadership Team and further acting as the ISO 9001:2015 representative for the Site.

Acting as examiner for the canton Basel-Land. Assessing practical exams for the apprenticeship: chemical and pharmaceutical technologist. Responsible in my role to assess the level of knowledge of any selected candidate and recommend for certification to the government.
