İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Blgisayar Mühendisliğinden 1997 yılında mezun olan Barış Dinç, aynı yıl Emtra Veri İletişim Teknolojilerinde İş Geliştirme Uzmanı olarak çalışma hayatına başladı. Sonrasında kariyerine 20 yıl boyunca aynı şirkette farklı görevlerde devam eden Barış, 2016 yılında Doğuş Holding bünyesinde yer alan Semanticum da çalışmaya başladı. 2020 Yılı başında görevinden ayrılarak Sosyal Medya Monitoring ve Hedef Kitle Analizleri yapan SocialRegard markasını hayata geçirdi. Eşzamanlı olarak Sirkhet Danışmanlıkta Çözüm ortağı olarak görev almaya başladı.
