IT Recruitment: - Cold calling and reaching out to candidates via the ATS - Recruitment activities for the assigned business unit - Communication with sales, delivery teams, and employees - Commonly filled positions: Developers, Data Scientists, IT/Business Analysts, Architects - Passionate about candidate experience and building long-term relationships - Active involvement of GenAI in recruitment - Mentoring and onboarding of new team members Background activities: - End-to-end communication with candidates from all sources, including coordination with PA - Recruitment administration - Coordination of an internal project for a selected group of employees
