C-Level executive with nearly two decades leading and directing organizations at the intersection of business, education, and innovation. I’ve founded and directed companies from the ground up, raised investment, designed agentic AI products, and developed proprietary learning methodologies grounded in science and human experience. My background blends strategic vision, a deep understanding of human learning, and hands-on operational leadership in complex environments. From founding and directing Spain’s first accredited democratic American school to creating and leading one of Europe’s first agentic AI platforms for learning, recently raising more than €6M in early-stage funding, I’ve connected strategy, technology, and organizational culture to build purposeful and scalable companies. Alongside these projects, I collaborate with several AI-driven organizations across different industries, supporting their strategy, operations, marketing, and fundraising processes. This allows me to stay close to the evolution of AI while applying my experience in business design, growth, and execution. I’ve directed cross-functional teams and complex initiatives in business strategy, marketing and go-to-market, human and user experience design, responsible and ethical AI, governance, UX research, and learning and product design. I’ve led large-scale user validation processes and fundraising rounds that drove high-impact growth. My academic background combines advanced training in AI Strategy, Business Management, MBA, and Leadership & Communication, with studies in Education, Psychology, and Psychotherapy, which ground my approach to leadership in a deep understanding of human behavior and learning. I like to think I combine a broad systemic vision with a sharp operational focus. I’m passionate about strategy and the big picture, but I also believe that the essence lies in the details, where ideas truly come to life. I seek to create real, sustainable impact, both human and economic. I’m drawn to companies that balance vision with profitability, innovation with purpose. Always open to projects that create value for people, business, and society, aligned with my personal purpose: to make every place I work a better place to be, learn, and grow.
I lead the strategic design and execution of everything related to learning, user experience, and human-centered innovation at TuringDream — an AI-driven EdTech platform built for Generation Z. My role is transversal and integrative: I connect product architecture, pedagogical intelligence, AI ethics, and go-to-market strategy to deliver meaningful, personalized learning experiences powered by generative AI. Key achievements: • Led the launch of our first MVP and validated the product model through real user engagement. • Designed the training logic for AI agents interacting with learners. • Implemented user-centric systems and learning flows tailored to Gen Z behavior and preferences. • Directed pilots for investors and actively contributed to investment rounds. • Co-led the brand positioning, user experience design, and strategic narrative. I work closely with cross-functional teams — backend/frontend developers, UX designers, pedagogical leads, marketing, and quality — aligning the product experience with our educational and business vision. This role goes beyond traditional CXO or CPO scopes by integrating ethical design, market insight, and learning science into every layer of the user journey.
Raised €6.2M in Seed round. Lead on product vision, education vertical, brand narrative and AI ethics. TuringDream was born at the intersection of education and generative AI. As co-founder, I developed the original concept while leading a high school AI programme I had created at Dragon American School. What started as an internal educational innovation — a hybrid between human teachers and LLMs to support students in learning how to learn — quickly proved to be transformative. Our students responded with enthusiasm, results improved, and we identified scalable patterns. That prototype evolved into TAU, our AI-powered learning companion designed for Gen Z, and led us to launch TuringDream as an independent startup, with a mission to bring meaningful, personalized AI learning to students everywhere. I co-led the foundational strategy, early validation, KPI design, and the creation of the pedagogical, technological, and ethical framework that would become the backbone of the company. I also took an active role in the first investment rounds, presenting the project and aligning it with investor expectations and impact narratives. I piloted the original MVP at Dragon American School, where we validated early hypotheses through real classroom scenarios. Dragon School serrved as a living lab for TuringDream’s innovations, bridging theory and real-world learning behavior until June 2025.
After over a decade leading the school as CEO, I now serve as advisor to ensure continuity in the vision, methodologies and operational culture I established during my time as founder. I support the current CEO in strategic and pedagogical decision-making, and help guide the school’s evolution across academic, organizational and reputational areas. My role includes: • Mentoring the leadership team in the consistent application of the school’s core methodologies (Qualia Based Learning®, Firewall Protocol®). • Providing ongoing training to faculty and students in AI literacy, student-centered learning, and method implementation. • Advising on operational decisions, cultural coherence, and long-term growth strategy. • Supporting the school’s external positioning and institutional partnerships. • Acting as a bridge between Dragon and TuringDream, using the school as a living lab for educational innovation and real-world AI integration. This role allows me to uphold the integrity of the Dragon ecosystem while enabling the next generation of leadership to evolve and expand it.
I founded Dragon American School from the ground up and led it for over a decade, transforming a small primary school into one of Spain’s most innovative, fully accredited NEASC American K-12 institutions. As CEO, I directed every aspect of the school’s growth: from the architectural design and construction of its campus, to the development of its academic, learning and cultural models. I led the transition from a five-person team to a staff of over 60, while maintaining a human-centered, boutique approach to education. Key achievements: • Designed and implemented the entire academic framework from Early Years to High School, including full accreditation by NEASC, Cambridge and the Comunidad de Madrid. • Developed two registered methodologies: • Qualia Based Learning®, focused on cultivating uniquely human skills and ethical integration of AI in learning. • Firewall Protocol®, a preventive anti-bullying system that helped establish a zero-bullying environment. • Created and taught the Master AI Program for middle and high school students, focused on ethical, creative and academic use of AI as a literacy skill for the future. • Integrated AI into the school’s LMS as early as 2019, long before mainstream adoption. • Created a health and wellbeing program including natural nutrition, outdoor learning, digital hygiene and physical development. • Oversaw consistently high university access rates, with 95% of students entering their preferred programs and institutions. My leadership combined pedagogical innovation, strategic vision and full operational direction — HR, facilities, institutional relations (Spain & US), and direct teaching. I built not just a school, but an educational ecosystem where students learn, grow and thrive as whole human beings. I also served as the school’s Counselor, supporting student´s emotional, academic and personal development through individualized guidance and systemic strategies.
I founded La Libélula as one of the first nursery schools in Spain based on the Pikler-Lóczy approach; a children-centered model rooted in developmental psychology, neuroeducation and respectful early childhood pedagogy. This was my first independent educational venture, born when I became a mother and saw the urgent need for a different kind of early learning space. I designed and led every aspect of the school: from financial planning and architectural layout to curriculum design, team building, family engagement and operational systems. Key contributions: • Pioneered one of the earliest respectful education projects for infants in Spain. • Developed a full pedagogical framework grounded in Pikler, educational psychomotricity and evolutionary psychology. • Created a unique natural learning environment, including indoor and outdoor spaces, healthy nutrition plans and slow-paced routines aligned with child development. • Built the school from the ground up with no external partners, securing funding and managing operations, HR and finances personally. • Positioned La Libélula as a reference in respectful education nationwide — leading to the founding of Dragon American School in partnership with the founder of Meta4. • Successfully exited the company through its sale in 2014.
Oversaw 10+ national social projects in the south of Madrid, aimed at promoting inclusion, education and employability in vulnerable populations. Key contributions: • Managed programme coordinators across multiple initiatives, including early childhood care, vocational training, and family support. • Led supervision and strategic alignment of all project components: goals, resources, execution, outcomes and reporting. • Designed and evaluated KPIs related to user satisfaction, social integration outcomes and post-training employment rates. • Consolidated performance data and validated reports for institutional accountability and national compliance.
