Lead strategic and day-to-day operations of Union Park Community and Commercial Associations, and the Highway 380 Municipal Management District. Union Park by Hillwood is an award-winning master-planned community which features resort style pools, fitness center, sports courts, ponds, playgrounds, parks and trails, and a robust lifestyle program.
As a Regional Director, my book of business includes luxury high-rise, mid-rise and garden-style condominiums across the Dallas metroplex. In my role I: Provide leadership, coaching and training to a team of 14 direct reports and over 100 indirect reports Develop and standardized operating procedures, enhancing efficiency and consistency in operations both onsite and at the corporate office. Foster strong relationships with client boards through proactive communication, effectively resolving escalated concerns and maintaining "world class" NPS scores. Stay informed of Texas Property Codes and relevant Federal legislation affecting common interest communities.
Dedicated manager of 590 unit gated community featuring golf course, two pools, lakes, walking trails, clubhouse and amenity center.
Bozman Farm Master Association is a 1247 unit property situated on over fifty acres of landscaped grounds with two pools, a pond and fishing pier, playgrounds, parks, a walking trail and multiple natural areas. In addition to overseeing all maintenance, covenant compliance, assessment collections, resident relations and board training, I create and manage lifestyle programming for the community and its 4000+ residents.
Manage portfolio of 9 single family, townhome, and condominium communities representing over 1200 units and $8400 in monthly management fees. Provided exceptional customer services to Boards and developers while managing all assets of each association.
