New role created to provide full oversight and accountability for global HRIS and Compensation, domestic Employee Benefits, Employee Relations resolutions, plus Employee Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities included development and delivery of programs/services that improved performance, working with senior management to drive key organizational initiatives and align Human Capital with overall business plan, managing the day to day operations of 3 HR Generalists and 5 Recruiters.
Supported the Finance and Technology organization within the Company. Rolled out communication regarding Performance Management, Employee Benefits, Employee Policy Changes or Initiatives and Compensation issues. Also provided mediation for Employee Relations issues for supported groups.
Coordinated Global Headcount and Budget for Global Product Development Organization working with regional Human Resource and Finance arms of the organization.
Provided HR support for a numer of geographically diverse software development groups, with and emphasis on strategic Human Resources consultancy and strong HR operational capabilities. Other duties included notification and exit coordination to downsized locations.
Managing the administeration of employees benefits plans for current employees. Coordination and communication of employee benefits to 9 newly acquired companies within a four year period of time for groups ranging in size from 100 to 1400 employees. Implemented a global pension plan for "roving" employees.
Third-party Administrator of Section 125 Employee Benefit Plans. Provides document design, employee communications, open enrollment, adjudication of claims, and preparing all benefit related tax returns for clients.
Developed and maintained clients' Section 125 Employee Benefit Plans including design, administration, and plan testing. Also sold and created Employee Benefit Statments for Clients.
