About

Participating as an expert in National Laboratory for Water Science and Water Security, Horizon Europe project ReNEW (Grant agreement ID: 101069682), and Horizon Europe project Danube4All (Grant agreement ID: 101093985). Participation in Cross-border Cooperation AT-HU: SEDDON II and RF4C projects. Expert in SEDDON II project: participating and giving guidance in multi-beam measurements. Participation in projects related to the Hungarian National Climate and Nature Protection Action Plan 2020, and Hungarian National Bank (MNB). I was working as a Project Manager of the DanubeSediment project, which was a project tackling sediment issues in the Danube catchment. The final products included the Danube Sediment Management Guidance and the Sediment Manual for Stakeholders. As an expert I continue to contribute to the SIMONA project. My main responsibility in the last years was connected with various topics in navigation on the Danube, mainly waterway management. I was the Project Manager of the NEWADA duo project, which connected the waterway administrations along the Danube, responsible for over 2200 km navigable river stretch. The aim of the international cooperation was to harmonize data and services offered to the users. I am a hydraulic engineer (mainly river engineering) who is especially interested in topics such as sediment transport, hydro morphology, and inland navigation.
