• Team leader of a global team of 80 people • Ensures that the ERP service is functioning properly and that all standards, rules and regulations are complied with and are efficiently implemented, rolled out, maintained and developed in all legal entities. • Ensures that the ERP service and its scope is clearly defined, documented, understood, properly communicated and that lessons learned are documented. • Overall budget responsibility for all ERP services and administrative issues within a defined service area. • Reporting on budgets, projects, strategy, team setup, execution, KPIs, and marketing of all services. • Responsible for the proper implementation of defined IT processes (e.g. incident process, change management, …) Internal Projects: • Conversion of the ANDRITZ strategic ERP System SAP ECC to S/4/HANA with Fiori first set up during 2022 and 2023 • Rollout One BA Alignment into SAP – align 32 locations with 16 different ERP systems (started Q1/2024 until Q1/2026) • New Rollout Strategy “Power House” (2024) Strategic Merger Integration (2024) • Yardlogistics, GTS (2024) • RISE with SAP (2025)
