Assist with disaster recovery funding and resources for local citizens, who were affected by recent hurricanes
Assist in maintaining and managing needs at retail location, dockside and with booking charters for multiple boats.
Grant Consultant responsible for research, grant writing and consults with mainly fire departments, EMS and police departments. Independently research potential grant opportunities and determine applicant eligibility. Write detailed narratives and applications for applicants, including budgets, financial needs assessment, project description and department needs. Complete grant narratives for fire, EMS and police equipment requests for federal, state and private grants. Work independently and 100% remotely while interpreting and analyzing data and writing grants
Responsible for daily accounting for retail, distillery and event departments. Maintain accurate and timely financial reporting. Research 27 CFR regulations and ensure distillery and rum production compliance with all federal, state and local regulations, including the TTB. Identify issues and provide actionable and measurable solutions to improve efficiency and guest experience. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, including federal TTB reports for the distillery. Assist in maintaining and understanding federal compliance regulations for the distillery.
Administer and manage the Homeland Security Grant Program for the City of Arlington. Administer, manage and assist with several grants, including disaster recovery grants, traffic incident management grants, and other public safety grants. Submit Purchase Orders, invoices, and documentation with reimbursement requests and reconciling grant accounts at closeout. Development and yearly conducting of grant inventory. Maintaining highly detailed account and bookkeeping of grant accounts, in addition to project and contract management. Coordinate grant plan development and project implementation processes, including identifying needs, investment justifications and submitting grant applications. Managing yearly city internal audits, and external state and federal audits, ensuring grants comply with all Single Audit requirements and compliance with federal, state and location regulations and policies.
